This policy explains what information Fenthras Studio (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit this website or send us a project enquiry, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep this deliberately short and plain.
Information you give us
When you fill in the quote form or email us, we receive the details you choose to share, typically your name, email, phone number (if you add it), and information about your project. We only use this to reply to you, prepare a quote, and deliver work you ask us to do.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we collect some anonymous usage data to understand how the site is performing and how people find us. This may include the pages you visit, your device and browser type, an approximate location, and the source that referred you (for example a search engine or an ad). This is gathered through:
- Google Analytics and Google Ads (usage and conversion measurement)
- The Meta (Facebook) Pixel (ad measurement)
- Small pieces of data stored in your browser (cookies and local storage) that help us remember where a visit came from
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We use a few trusted third parties to run the site and handle enquiries, and your data passes through them only for that purpose:
- Vercel, which hosts the website
- FormSubmit, which delivers your quote-form message to our inbox
- Google and Meta, for the analytics and advertising above
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond to you and manage any work that follows, and then only as long as required for legal or record-keeping reasons. Analytics data is retained according to the providers' standard settings.
Your choices and rights
