Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 6 September 2026

Accessibility is a core part of how we design and build websites. From the start, we follow established best practices to ensure this site is usable, inclusive, and aligned with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. We treat accessibility as an ongoing effort rather than a one-off task, and we hold every website we ship for clients to the same standard.

  • Built the site with semantic, structured HTML and clear headings
  • Made it fully keyboard navigable, with a visible focus outline
  • Added a “skip to content” link for keyboard and screen-reader users
  • Given images meaningful alternative text and hidden decorative visuals from assistive tech
  • Aimed for readable colour contrast in both light and dark modes
  • Respected the “reduce motion” setting, so animations calm down or stop
  • Made every page responsive and usable at high zoom and on small screens
  • Given every page a concise, descriptive title so you know where you are
  • Labelled every form field clearly and made error messages specific, so you know exactly what to fix

This page is not just about our own site. Accessibility is built into every project we take on, from the first design decision to the final handover. The websites we build for clients are designed and tested to pass WCAG 2.1 Level AA, the standard referenced by accessibility laws and lawsuits around the world, so the finished site works for every visitor, including the roughly one in six people living with a disability.

On every client build, that means:

  • Colour contrast that meets or beats the WCAG minimums (4.5:1 for body text, 3:1 for large text)
  • Every interactive element operable by keyboard alone, with clear, visible focus indicators
  • Short, descriptive alternative text on meaningful images
  • A logical heading structure that assistive technology can navigate
  • Forms with clear labels and specific, actionable error messages
  • Text that scales without breaking the layout or forcing horizontal scrolling
  • Motion that respects the “reduce motion” preference
  • Captions or transcripts wherever audio and video carry meaning
  • Concise, descriptive page titles on every page

Accessible sites are not just the right thing to build. They rank better, convert better, and reach customers your competitors turn away.

A small part of the site relies on third-party tools, such as the optional Google website-translation widget, whose accessibility we do not fully control. We choose partners carefully and will replace or improve anything that gets in the way.

If you run into a barrier on this site, or you use assistive technology and something does not work as it should, please let us know. Email louis.bamidele.dev@gmail.com with the page and the problem, and we will do our best to fix it quickly and, if you like, help you get what you needed in the meantime.
